Delivery Information

We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, all orders are dispatched within one to two days from receipt of your order. (Orders placed after 4pm on Friday's and at weekends and bank holidays will be process the next working day) All our orders are dispatched via a carrier service or Royal Mail and ALL deliveries will require a signature. We use a two day delivery service within mainland UK and a three day service to Northern Ireland.

All our Retail customers within the UK benefit from FREE delivery on all orders over a certain value, they value may change at regular times, please visit the checkout page to see if your order qualifies.

If you are registered as a Professional/Salon customer orders over £100 before VAT are shipped free of charge, orders under this are charged at £9.00 + VAT.

European shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of the products purchased. All European orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days of placing the order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside of Europe.
